The SPIN OVER partnership is coordinated by Burgas Free University (BFU), Bulgaria, ensuring strategic leadership and project management. BFU leads a consortium built to have complementary strengths across education, research, communication and innovation.

Digital Research & Communication brings expertise in digital communication, dissemination and EU project management. Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University (MSKU) in Turkey supports regional innovation and university–industry collaboration. EIA Atlântica (Portugal) contributes strong applied research and international experience. University of Patras (Greece) strengthens the project with its excellence in digital education and business. Instituto Politécnico de Portalegre (IPP) (Portugal) offers a community-based applied approach, and Management Academy of Applied Sciences (MANS) (Poland) brings experience in management education and global cooperation.

Together, this diverse European network collaborates to build training tools, open educational resources and cross-border learning opportunities that respond to the challenges faced by academic innovators and entrepreneurs.
